Abstract:

Students and alumni overwhelmingly agree that career services are among the most important aspects of a business school. Yet career services are rarely mentioned when discussing how to drive a greater appreciation of social and environmental issues into an MBA program. This month's Closer Look surveys the scene, and concludes that while many schools connect students to nonprofit or explicitly CSR careers, fewer help students find mainstream business careers that create social and environmental value.
