You can use this menu to scroll through the entire GVV Collection:

This is the foundational reading for the Giving Voice to Values approach. It explains its origins; the research upon which it is based; and the key elements or pillars for learning to effectively voice and act on our values. This essay is appropriate as a reading on values-based decision-making in general management, leadership, organizational behavior, and ethics courses; or as a take-away reading in extra-curricular workshops on values, leadership and/or ethics (e.g., in Orientation programs).

This material is part of the Giving Voice to Values Curriculum (GVV). Aspen CBE was incubator and, along with the Yale School of Management, a founding partner in the project; and GVV is now based at and funded by Babson College. The full GVV collection is available at www.GivingVoiceToValues.org.
