Abstract:

The Markkula Center for Applied Ethics has a long-standing interest in business ethics in the Chinese context. Center Executive Director Kirk O. Hanson is honorary chair of the Center for International Business Ethics, Beijing, China, the first business ethics center in the Peoples' Republic. The Center has sponsored numerous presentations on the topic and hosted the conference, "Business Ethics in a Global World: China, India, and Beyond" in 2007.
