Abstract:

These 14 vignettes have been developed to facilitate a discussion on the place of spirituality or religion in the workplace. Developed primarily from public sources, but often based on real companies (with disguised/fictionalized characters), these stories include situations with a variety of religious affiliations (e.g., Christianity, Islam, Judaism, atheism), as well as hot-button topics (sexual preference and the pro-life versus pro-choice debate), among others.
